Politizando la Política Monetaria

Me dieron ganas de reir (o más bien llorar) cuando leí este post del profesor Greg Mankiw, ante este aviso de prensa hecho por un miembro del congreso.
Esta es la posición de Mankiw:

"The last thing we need is the perception that the Fed is caving in to political pressure. Such a perception, even if unfounded, would raise inflation expectations and make the Fed's job even harder."

Acá en Venezuela vamos en la misma vía, pero en sentido contrario... ¡Qué triste!
